Any written estimate, work order, construction agreement, warranty, or other separately signed agreement controls the scope, pricing, payment terms, project schedule, and obligations for the particular services covered by that agreement. These website Terms do not replace or change those agreements.

Accountable Exteriors provides exterior improvement and related services, which may include roofing, siding, painting, windows, doors, gutters, and other services described on our website. Services and availability vary by location, project requirements, and signed agreements.
Descriptions, photos, estimates, promotions, and other website content are for general informational purposes and may change. A website inquiry or request for an estimate does not, by itself, create a service contract or guarantee pricing, availability, a start date, or project acceptance.

You agree to provide accurate contact and project information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the website to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Depending on your selections and interactions with us, messages may include responses to inquiries, estimate follow-ups, scheduling and appointment reminders, project and service updates, crew or delivery coordination, customer service, and, only where separately and appropriately authorized, promotional messages.
SMS message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, active projects, and the types of messages for which you have consented. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

If you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. For assistance with a particular conversation, you can also contact our office directly.

Submitting an online request, communicating by text, or receiving an initial estimate does not mean that a project is booked or that work is authorized. Project scope, materials, payment obligations, change orders, warranties, and other construction terms are established by the applicable written agreement, if any.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement on a project-specific matter, the signed project agreement controls for that matter.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to external websites or use third-party services. Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or services outside our control.
8. Availability and Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or up to date at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights or warranties required by law or changes warranties expressly granted in a separate written agreement.

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without overriding applicable consumer protection laws. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively modify separately signed project contracts.
